What types of people do you help?
I have worked with thousands of clients throughout my career with a broad range of issues. I am particularly skilled at helping those with low self esteem, relationship problems, trauma wounds, substance abuse, behavioral addictions and other self-sabotaging behaviors. -
Where do the Coaching sessions take place?
All sessions are conducted via virtual video. This means that no matter where you live, I can help. Sessions are around an hour in length and occur as frequently as the client wishes, usually anywhere between twice a week and once a month. Prior to a coaching session, you will receive an email from me containing the Zoom link for the appointment. At our agreed upon meeting time, you simply click the link to open the meeting. -
I’ve been in therapy before, is this the same thing?
While aspects of the experience may feel similar to traditional psychotherapy, there are many key differences including my focus as a coach on building upon the wisdom and strength already inside of you and my level of attention to addressing your real life problems - and finding solutions - in the here and now. My goal is to help you improve your current life immediately, while also identifying and changing patterns that don’t serve you.
